This is where your journey begins.

If you’re here, something in your life has become heavier, harder, or more complicated than it used to be. Therapy offers a place to explore that slowly, with curiosity and without judgement. My role is to support you in making sense of what you’re carrying and finding ways forward that match your capacity, values and lived reality.

• Menopause & Midlife Transitions
• Burnout & Identity Loss
• Grief & Loss
• Self-Worth & People-Pleasing

Sessions are available online or in person.

If you’re unsure whether your situation “fits,” that’s completely okay — most people are. You’re welcome to reach out for a conversation.

Online therapy sessions

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are recommended for clients seeking consistent therapeutic support. This format allows time to explore emotional patterns, behaviours, relational histories and stress responses at a pace that supports safety, integration and longer-term change.

Duration: 50 minutes
Fee: £65 per session
Format: In-person in Thetford (Norfolk) or online UK-wide
Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly (short-term or long-term)

Standard sessions are suitable if you are coping with:

• Anxiety, overthinking or health anxiety
• Chronic pain or invisible illnesses
• Trauma, chronic stress or shutdown
• Low mood, emotional overwhelm or burnout
• Menopause or midlife distress
• Difficult relationships or attachment patterns
• Loss of identity, confidence or capacity

Therapeutic work in this format may include:

• Building emotional regulation and nervous system safety
• Processing difficult experiences or transitions
• Understanding patterns in relationships or coping styles
• Integrating trauma or chronic stress responses
• Exploring self-worth, boundaries and voice
• Rebuilding confidence, agency and meaning

Standard therapy sessions are ideal for people who want to engage in deeper work, explore the roots of their experiences, and make changes that support long-term wellbeing rather than short-term crisis management.

This format works well for people who:

✓ prefer steady, consistent support
✓ are navigating chronic stress, anxiety or trauma
✓ want space for exploration and integration
✓ are ready for relational or deeper work
✓ benefit from a predictable weekly rhythm

Telephone therapy sessions

30-minute telephone sessions offer shorter, focused support for times when emotional capacity, energy, or scheduling is limited. These sessions are particularly helpful for clients living with chronic pain, fatigue or health conditions, or for those who prefer support without video.

Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: £35 per session
Format: Telephone (UK-wide)
Frequency: Flexible, as needed or alongside standard sessions

Telephone sessions are suitable if you are coping with:

• Anxiety, overwhelm or stress during busy periods
• Chronic pain, fatigue, or low energy days
• Emotional spikes between standard sessions
• Health-related distress or medical appointments
• Menopause or midlife symptoms that reduce capacity
• Shutdown, brain fog or sensory overload
• Difficulty speaking face-to-face or on camera

Many clients find telephone therapy easier to access, especially during pain flares, fatigue crashes, or times when being seen feels too exposing. It can also support ongoing nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional check-ins between longer sessions.

Telephone sessions are a flexible option for people who want support that meets their current capacity rather than expecting them to push through.

This format works well for people who:

✓ are living with chronic pain, fatigue or low energy and prefer shorter sessions
✓ need a brief emotional check-in or regulation support
✓ struggle to find capacity for 50-minute sessions during busy or stressful weeks
✓ find video or face-to-face conversations overwhelming or exposing
✓ want support between standard therapy sessions
✓ are navigating menopause or midlife symptoms that affect capacity
✓ prefer voice-only communication for comfort or privacy

Single Session therapy

Single Session Therapy provides a single 90 minute focused appointment designed to help you work through a specific issue, gain clarity, process an event, or build strategies you can use independently. This format offers meaningful therapeutic work without the expectation of ongoing weekly sessions.

Duration: 90 minutes
Fee: £100 per session
Format: Online or in-person (Thetford)
Frequency: One-off - As needed

Single Session Therapy is suitable if you are navigating:

• Acute stress or emotional overwhelm
• A recent health diagnosis or medical event
• Chronic pain flare-ups or fatigue crashes
• Menopause or midlife transitions
• Burnout, shutdown or loss of capacity
• Grief, loss or relationship strain
• Difficult decision-making or life transitions
• Preparing for medical appointments or difficult conversations

During the session we work collaboratively to understand what is happening, explore contributing stressors, identify what matters most to you right now, and build supportive strategies that meet your current capacity.

At the end of the appointment, you will receive a written care plan summarising key insights, strategies, regulation tools and next steps. This allows you to continue working independently or use the session as a bridge into longer-term therapy if you choose.

Single Session Therapy can be an effective option for people who want clarity and support without committing to weekly sessions, or for those who need structured help during stressful periods of life.

This format works well for people who:

✓ are facing a specific situation, decision or transition and need clarity
✓ experience acute stress, shutdown or emotional overload
✓ have chronic pain flares or medical appointments to prepare for
✓ want strategies, insight and direction without long-term commitment
✓ are processing a recent health diagnosis, grief or life event
✓ are exploring therapy for the first time and want to “try before committing”
✓ benefit from structured support and a written care plan they can refer back to
